Made to order in the United Arab Emirates. That single decision explains most of what follows, including the parts that are not settled yet.
A brand that holds stock can tell you a date because the thing already exists. This one does not hold stock, and the reason is not thrift: an arrangement is a set of choices about how many pieces, which weave and which way the corner turns, and holding stock would mean guessing those in advance and then selling the guess. What you order is what gets built.
The cost of that honesty is the calendar. A piece begins when it is ordered rather than sitting finished on a shelf, and the studio would rather say so than average a wait into a number it has not been given.
Which is why the lead time is not on this page. It is a fabricator commitment, no fabricator has been appointed, and a plausible looking six to eight weeks would be a promise made to somebody about to pay a deposit. It is marked absent, along with the delivery charge and the returns window, and each one names who settles it.
What you order is what gets built. The cost of that is the calendar, and the studio would rather tell you than average it away.

Nothing is held in stock. Each arrangement is built against its own order, which is why it can be exactly the pieces you chose rather than the pieces that happened to be on a shelf.
It also means the calendar matters. An order placed early in a season is built early in it.

Modules arrive assembled. There is nothing to bolt together on your terrace and no tools are needed: a module is a finished piece, and an arrangement is made by standing the pieces where you want them.
A module is an 800 millimetre square. Tell the studio about stairs, lifts and gates before the day rather than on it.
Not settledDelivery charges, the delivery window and whether a piece can be carried to an upper floor all follow from the freight arrangement, which is set at tender alongside the fabrication.
Outside the Emirates
The studio is in Dubai and the first season is being built for the United Arab Emirates. Elsewhere in the Gulf, and further, is a conversation rather than a checkout: freight, duty and the season all change the answer.
Tell the studio where you are and what you are thinking of, and you will get a real answer rather than a shipping table.
Returns
An arrangement is made to order, which changes what a return can reasonably mean. Something that arrives damaged or wrong is the studio’s problem and is put right; that is not in question and never will be.
Not settledThe returns window for a change of mind, and what it costs to send a made-to-order piece back, are commercial terms that have not been set. They will be written here in full before anything is sold, not summarised.

Samples are posted free within the United Arab Emirates. Up to four weaves, a name and an address, and nothing else: no account, no password, and nothing to unsubscribe from afterwards.
Deciding a weave from a screen is not deciding it. The samples are the cheapest part of this and the one worth doing first.
